Lauren Plott, LISWD
Lauren Plott is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with more than 12 years’ experience as a psychotherapist, previously employed as an outpatient dietitian with the Cleveland Clinic. Her experience includes individual, family, and group therapy with adolescents, adults, and older adults. Special interests include mood disorders, anxiety, relationship and adjustment issues, and disordered eating.
Lauren received her Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Kent State University and holds master’s degrees from Case Western Reserve University in both nutrition and social work. Previously, she worked as a clinical dietitian and taught a Human Nutrition course at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. For the past several years, she has worked as a therapist in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including the Adolescent Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program at Southwest General Health Center.
