I've loved DBT. I’ve learned and grown so much. I've never felt so much happiness before and truly believe I can handle what life throws at me. I never thought I'd get here with my life. Cathy and the group are amazing and I recommend it to anyone. It's such a safe place to talk and you'll get amazing feedback.
I just wanted to say "thank you" to you for all you've done. I came from a pretty dark place and coming to group was definitely something I looked forward to every week. Please wish everyone in group well today and let them know I will be thinking of them.

I believe it was Divine intervention that brought me to you. I know God doesn't want me to die or He would have taken me years ago, and He keeps placing people in my life to help me through the pain. You are one of those people. I believe everyone needs some support and new tools to deal with life’s problems and stressors. I have experienced people becoming stronger, happier and more centered. I am amazed by the transformation and resilience people experience when they are encouraged and taught new tools for problems.
