Sometimes it feels like life is just too hard, or we aren't getting the most from life. Maybe you've been trying to change, but don't know how. That's where I come in! I provide a peaceful, non-judgemental space to learn about yourself and build upon strengths you already possess. Overall, I use a person-centered or holistic style to develop a plan which best suits each of my clients.
My experience with BWG was awesome and rewarding. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Thomas and she was amazing. Very pleasant, professional and offered a stress free environment during my time. Alicia offered the comfort and positive support during tough times and I could count her on kind and reassuring words to get me through. Definitely was worth the time and investment and very glad to have met her.
Dear Alicia, Our time together has been transforming. Something I look forward to. Meaningful/insightful/etc., special to me. I thank you.
Hello again, Alicia! This is the first mental clearing I've had in awhile. Thank you for writing such a great introduction to yourself that drew me to you! You have so many excellent resources to share, too. I really got a lot out of our first session and I'm looking forward to the next!
Please tell Alicia "Thank you" for me. She is a great therapist!
