  • Releases were in ALL charts for IOP participants, allowing coordination of care with other providers and family
  • Discharge treatment planning goal exceeded expectations at 86%
  • Improvement on most client satisfaction surveys
  • Increase of 25.15% in Billable Hours from 2019 to 2020
  • Positive reviews on 6 returned stakeholder surveys in 2020
  • Noticeably Improved Depression and Anxiety scores on empirically based measures

SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT:

  • Increased Family involvement with initial treatment planning; the goal was set at 90% and the actual plans collected were 88%
  • Interpretive summaries in 100% of charts. In 2020, BWG reached 57% with the prior year being at 68%
  • Development of innovative marketing strategies. COVID interfered with traditional marketing strategies and completed paperwork. Phones calls, emails and faxes were completed but not always documented. In person meetings did not occur after March 13, 2020.
  • Improved outcome goals by additional 10% on empirically based measures
