The Behavioral Wellness Group will be returning to the physical office to begin seeing clients in person. This is for those clinicians and clients who prefer in-person sessions. A genuine thank you to all of you who tolerated our necessary move to virtual sessions during the pandemic. Below is a summary generally outlining what to expect upon our return. We will continue to see those who prefer to be seen virtually through our platform using Zoom. Of course, this is contingent upon insurance allowances for teletherapy/virtual sessions.

    • SOME PRESCRIBERS AT THEIR OWN DISCRETION ARE RETURNING TO THE OFFICE THE WEEK OF JUNE 14TH
    • SOME THERAPISTS AT THEIR OWN DISCRETION ARE RETURNING TO THE OFFICE THE WEEK OF JULY 12TH
      • PLEASE DISCUSS WITH YOUR PROVIDER IF YOU PREFER TO BE SEEN IN THE PHYSICAL OFFICE AT YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT
    • ALL INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT AND AFTERCARE PROGRAMS WILL REMAIN VIRTUAL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
    • THERE WILL BE NO PHYSICAL TOUCHING TO INCLUDE VITAL SIGNS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
    • ALL PATIENTS, STAFF AND CLINICIANS ENTERING THE BWG OFFICE SUITE ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK OR FACE COVERING IN COMMON AREAS. ALL BWG STAFF WILL BE REINFORCING THIS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CDC GUIDELINES
    • WAITING ROOM CHAIRS WILL BE DISTANCED
    • PATIENTS WILL BE ASKED TO ATTEND THEIR APPOINTMENT ALONE UNLESS A MINOR OR ADULT WITH A DISABILITY, WHO MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ONE PARENT, GUARDIAN, OR CARETAKER
    • ANYONE WITH COVID OR FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS WILL BE ASKED TO HAVE A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT
    • APPROPRIATE DISINFECTING AND CLEANING PROTOCOLS WILL BE INSTITUTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CDC GUIDELINES

With gratitude for your cooperation and understanding,
